Norlanka has been certified a Great Place to Work, the global benchmark for workplace culture based directly on what employees say about their experience.
The certification arrived in the same year our Trincomalee plant switched on its rooftop solar system — a fitting pairing, because our belief is that responsible manufacturing starts with how we treat the people who make it happen.
Why it matters
From merchandising in Colombo to the sewing floor in Trincomalee, more than 250 people design, develop and deliver over five million garments a year for international brands. Great Place to Work certification tells our customers — and future colleagues browsing our careers page — what our team already knows about working here.
